The Grange Hill East Food Cupboard

Our humble Food Cupboard at 470 Auden Rd. provides emergency food to local families and individuals in need. We offer non-perishables, frozen bread, and hygiene products. Eggs, milk and meat are often available.

In 2022 we began operating as a satellite in partnership wtih the Food Bank to distribute a greater variety of food. Neighbours in our project/catchment area are eligible to use our services up to two visits per month.  

**Registration at time of first visit is required (please bring ID for everyone. Proof of address is also required for anyone 18 years of older in the household). Records are kept confidentially and used to help with funding, planning and fair food distribution. 

This food pantry could not be run without the dedicated support of our warm and welcoming volunteers.

CLOSED: December 22 to January 5, 2026. Re-opening Tuesday, January 6. 

About 3 visitors at a time can comfortably fit in our food cupboard. ID and proof of address required. 

• Wednesdays 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday mornings: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 
• Tuesdays: 4:30 p.m. to 6:10 p.m. 
• Tuesdays: 6:10 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Appointment required – register here) 
• The Food Cupboard does not operate during weekends with Statutory Holidays
