Description

CIRCL Mobility™ is a new program to improve flexibility and mobility. It helps to relieve stress and improves range of motion through a flow of movement and breathing.

No experience is necessary.

This class takes place after the 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Zumba Class in the Ken Danby public school gym. People are welcome to participate after the Zumba class or come specifically for this mobility class.

About the instructor

Wendelin is a Guelph Community Health Centre volunteer who teaches Zumba and CIRCL Mobility.

Her classes are good for beginners because she demonstrates complicated moves to make it easier for participants to learn. Zumba is a cardio exercise through dance moves, while CIRCL Mobility is slower stretching, bending and reaching.

Wendelin is determined to keep up her strength and flexibility so she can age well and stay independent. We have a lot of fun together!
