Brainfit: Online Tutoring Opportunity

Sign up for free tutoring (grades 2 to 4)

Encourage a love of reading and math in this unique, free virtual activity-based program for learners in grades 2-4!
At Virtual Brainfit, volunteer tutors will facilitate fun and engaging numeracy activities using the Kahoot educational games platform. These activities are designed to reinforce math concepts found in the provincial elementary math curriculum.
Learners will also have the opportunity to participate in weekly 1:1 guided reading sessions in Zoom Breakout Rooms.

What: An 8 week after-school virtual program
Cost: Free
Who: Open to children grades 2 to 4
When: Wednesdays. October 6 to November 24, 2021
Time: 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekly

Registration: Online registration (this links to a Frontier College webform)  

Tools/Materials: Computer, tablet or other device capable of running Zoom sessions. Access to the internet is required.
